Bu metin 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (Buradan itibaren "Kanun" olarak bahsedilecektir) uyarınca Orsa Global Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Buradan itibaren "ORSA GLOBAL" veya "Veri Sorumlusu" olarak bahsedilecektir) tarafından veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla hazırlanmıştır. OurWay Signatures Events markası Orsa Global bünyesinde faaliyet göstermekte olup tüm hakları Orsa Global'e aittir.
Bu çerez aydınlatma metni aracılığıyla Kanun'un 10. Maddesi uyarınca üzerimize düşen aydınlatma yükümlülüğünü yerine getiriyoruz. Bu metnin amacı, siz kullanıcılarımıza sitemizde hangi tür çerezleri hangi amaçlarla kullandığımızı ve bu çerezleri nasıl kullandığımızı açıklamaktır.
Orsa Global olarak sitemizde kullandığımız çerezleri kullanmaktan vazgeçebilir, bunların türlerini ve fonksiyonlarını değiştirebilir, yeni çerezler ekleyebiliriz. Zorunlu Çerezler
Zorunlu çerezler, sitemizi ziyaret ettiğiniz anda cihazınıza yerleştirilen ve tarafınıza sunduğumuz hizmetlerin düzgün sağlanabilmesi için gerekli olan çerezlerdir. Performans ve Analiz Çerezleri
Burada bahsettiğimiz performans ve analiz çerezleri sitemizin ziyaretçi trafiğini takip edip bu verilerin analizini yapmamız için gerekli olan çerezlerdir. Bu çerezler çerçevesinde kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesi için Kanun'un 5. Maddesinin c ve f bendinde düzenlenen "Bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması kaydıyla, sözleşmenin taraflarına ait kişisel verilerin işlenmesinin gerekli olması" ve "İlgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri için veri işlenmesinin zorunlu olması" şartlarına dayanmaktayız.
Reklam ve Hedefleme Çerezleri
Bu çerezler, tarafınıza sitemizi ziyaret ederkenki veyahut site dışındaki internet geçmişinize, ziyaretçi profilinize göre tarafınıza uygun olarak kişiselleştirilmiş hizmet ve ürün tanıtımı yapmak için kullanılan çerezlerdir. Bu çerezlerin işlenmesi hususunda açık rızanıza dayanmaktayız.
Veri Sahibi Olarak Sahip Olduğunuz Haklar
Veri sahibi olarak haklarınız Kanun'un 11. Maddesinde düzenlenmiş olup aşağıdaki gibidir:
- a) Kişisel veri işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
- b) Kişisel verileri işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
- c) Kişisel verilerin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
- ç) Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
- d) Kişisel verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme
- e) 7. maddede öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde kişisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
- f) (d) ve (e) bentleri uyarınca yapılan işlemlerin, kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme
- g) İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle kişinin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme
- ğ) Kişisel verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme
Kanun aynı zamanda size yukarıda açıklanan haklarınızla alakalı olarak veri sorumlusuna yazılı başvuru yapma hakkı tanımıştır. ORSA GLOBAL olarak bu başvurulara en kısa sürede cevap vermek en büyük gayemiz olup kanunen en geç 30 gün içerisinde cevap verme zorunluluğumuz bulunmaktadır.

The brand OurWay Signature Events operates under Orsa Global, and all rights belong to Orsa Global.
Through this Cookie Clarification Text, we fulfill our obligation to inform you under Article 10 of the Law. The purpose of this text is to explain to you, our users, which types of cookies we use on our website, for what purposes we use them, and how these cookies are utilized.

- d) To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed

- f) To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred
- g) To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems
- ğ) To request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data
The law also grants you the right to submit a written application to the data controller regarding your rights explained above. At ORSA GLOBAL, our primary goal is to respond to these applications as soon as possible; however, we are legally obliged to respond within 30 days at the latest.

Your applications must be submitted in writing to info@ourway.com.tr together with the following information:
- Your Name and Surname
- Your Turkish ID Number
- The Content of Your Request pursuant to Article 11 of the Law
- An email address where we can contact you
- Your residential or workplace address
